Lunch Catering
LVFF has lunch for their volunteers catered in from a local Panera. Artisans, their helpers, demonstrators, and others joining us for the day are welcome to order their lunches as well.
Boxed lunches are $15 each and have a sandwich or salad, a side (like an apple or chips), a cookie, and a drink of your choice.
Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten conscious options are all available. Lunches will be delivered to the artisan or demonstrator (as long as you let us know where you are!) or can be picked up at the information booth around noon each day. Please have the $15 for each meal available (cash helps) when the meal is delivered.
This is a great way to not have to pack food, wait in line for it, or worry about dietary safety and availability.
Festival Insurance Discount
Although Lehigh Valley Fiber Festival doesn’t require our artisans to have liability insurance, we believe as small business owners you (and we) can never protect ourselves and our livelihood enough. This is why we have partnered with ACT insurance to offer our artisans $5 off insurance for the festival. We believe after trying ACT and learning why it’s important to protect yourself (and how easy it is to do) you will want to continue to do so in the future.
Please remember if you are choosing to bring animals, insurance is required and those requirements can be found in the contract documentation. Let us know if you have any questions about that!
